Terms and Conditions apply to any and all players at all times

Participants must obey all traffic laws and regulations while participating in the scavenger hunt.
Participants must not damage any public or private property while searching for scavenger hunt items.
Participants must respect the privacy and personal space of others while participating in the scavenger hunt.
Participants under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate.
Participants must not engage in any illegal activities while participating in the scavenger hunt.
Participants must not use any form of transportation other than their own two feet while searching for scavenger hunt items.
The organizers of the scavenger hunt will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
The scavenger hunt items will be placed in publicly accessible areas and must be found using only the clues provided.
The scavenger hunt will be held during daylight hours and will be limited to a specific location and time period.
The first team or individual to find all of the scavenger hunt items and complete the challenge will be declared the winner.
It is important to note that while the scavenger hunt may involve searching for props and landmarks in and around places of business, participants must not interfere with the normal operation of these businesses. Loitering or blocking entryways or exits is strictly prohibited. Participants must be respectful of the businesses and their customers, and not impede the flow of foot traffic. The scavenger hunt is designed to be a fun and enjoyable experience for all, and we ask that participants act responsibly and with respect for the community in which the scavenger hunt takes place. Participants must also respect the private property and must not enter any buildings or private areas without express permission from the owner.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS EVENT IS CANCELLED.
